If you haven't heard, in Phoenix, Arizona four people were killed when 2 news helicopters collided in mid air while following a police chase. Now prosecutors might try to charge the suspect, who was wanted for Grand Theft Auto, with 4 charges of manslaughter because if he did not steal the truck the helicopters would not be within that close of proximity of each other.

Is it me or does anyone else think that this is a bogus charge and they should learn the FAR?
